We are seeking a skilled Culinary Assistant to join our team at Darwin Escapes. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen.
This is a permanent position to work full-time hours, with a variable schedule that includes weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of our business.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collecting, cleaning, and replenishing crockery and kitchen utensils.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, although not essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A driving license and the ability to drive, which is an advantage for easy travel to and from the resort.
