**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Check and process all invoices for completed jobs.
- Check all certificates produced and send to correct department.
- Book in new jobs and chase outstanding jobs - dealing directly with the tenant of properties.
- Ensure all staff have sufficient work allocated.
- Ensure all time-sheets for the team are completed and correct.
- Process payroll for the business, on a monthly basis, using Quickbooks.
- Maintain HR records for the business.

**Experience**
- Understanding of Quickbooks - desirable
- Be a self-motivator and someone who is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement
- You will have a flexible approach with the ability to be flexible to customer needs
- Be friendly and approachable whilst remaining professional at all times

**What you can expect from us**

As a key member of our small team, you will work closely with other members of staff to ensure we meet high standards and that all electrical maintenance work is performed to meet the BS:7671 Standard. You will be required to work as part of a team and independently when required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
