Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Property / Damp Surveyor to join our team. As a Damp Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in conducting property surveys to diagnose issues and recommend repairs, collecting data, and providing reports based on findings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for property surveying.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property surveys to assess condition, maintenance needs, and compliance with regulations
- Prepare reports and presentations based on survey findings
- Coordinate with our admin team and works team to recommend solutions and provide estimates
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants when appropriate
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect and analyze data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities
