**The Role

We are constantly working with new Vendors and IT Products/Ranges and are always looking for people who want to work hard and move up the ladder with the financial benefits that can bring.

You will get excellent initial and ongoing on the job training, backed by vendors and continued support and mentoring as you grow and progress into the role.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Sales Executives / Account Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Identify new potential customers
- Stay up to date with new features and product launches
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

Our main business is the supply of popular product lines from key manufacturers such as HP, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, Riello, Ubiquiti, Goodram,WatchGuard and Microsoft. We stock millions of pounds worth of discounted IT hardware and have access to hundreds of millions worth throughout the UK and Europe ready for next day delivery.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Sales Executives / Account Manager are:

- Proven sales record
- Very good telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Proficient and proactive in prioritising your own workload
- The ability to work to deadlines
- The ability to work well in a team and on your ow
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Be passionate, flexible and want to move onwards and upwards and earn more and more each year
- Ambitious and keen to grown in a role and company. The long-term career prospects are excellent
- Strong attention to detail as parts and products, along with the general market constantly change
- You should have experience in sales, telesales, sales support / internal sales
