Senior UX Designer

Founded in 2018 by Scott Mann and Nick Lynes, Flawless is revolutionizing how film and TV can be experienced by a global audience. Using ground-breaking AI, we can visually dub a film or TV show into any language, or simply change the actor’s dialog, whilst preserving the original performance of the actor. Our recent launch generated a huge amount of interest and publicity across the UK and US, and we’re currently in conversations with a number of global streaming services and movie studios. Our current focus is on building and enhancing our overall visual dubbing solution but we’ve future plans to develop other AI solutions for VFX.

**Requirements**:
The Flawless product team is looking to hire a Senior UX Designer to help the team shape the future of visual dubbing tools for post production specialists and localization teams. We are pioneering world-leading AI approaches and techniques and making them accessible to film industry practitioners. Your work will help to revolutionize the VFX and motion picture industry by unlocking content through authentic, visual dubbing to enable stories to be told exactly as they were intended with an immersive experience in the native language of any audience around the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with product team, cross-functional partners, and customers to gain a deep understanding of the target users, challenges and proposed workflows related to visual dubbing
- Collaborate with product team to validate, evolve, and refine existing wireframes, concepts, and designs
- Work alongside product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners, to conceptualize new features and evolve workflows to enhance the user experience
- Leverage rapid prototyping techniques to explore and validate early concepts with user testing
- Communicate design ideas at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mock-up and/or prototypes
- Work with engineering to establish a consistent, re-usable design system to empower multiple scrum teams to develop user interfaces and workflow
- Engage with marketing to provide input to and ensure consistency with brand guidelines

What we need from you
- 5+ years experience as a UX Designer building commercial products
- Experience working with complex technologies and making them accessible to a wider audience
- Experience designing interactive, web-based tools
- Experience using tools such as Figma or Invision for rapid prototyping
- Experience working with developers to deliver a design system of reusable components
- Experience working with Product Management to drive user research efforts
- Understanding of film post-production tools and processes a plus
