Senior UX Designer with specific experience of working on Website improvement projects is urgently required for an initial 3 month contract working partly remotely and partly on site at a well-known charity based within walking distance to London Victoria Station.

Reporting to The Lead Digital Experience Manager, the Senior UX Designer will be working on a Website improvement project and will be required to conduct user research around their website experience.

The senior UX Designer will then interpret the data collected and feedback to the Research Architect.

The Senior UX Designer will lead the design process from end to end, creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our website users.

You'll work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, conduct user research and design solutions across our product and service portfolio.

The Senior UX Designer will then craft user-centred experiences that improve the lives of people with illness, their families and friends and the wider community of volunteers, healthcare professionals and supporters.

Primary deliverables include; * Plan and conduct website user research and analysis * Interpret data and qualitative feedback from a variety of sources * Research and shape our products' information architecture * Create prototypes and wireframes * Conduct usability testing * Design high-fidelity accessible solutions * Define and lead on design practice standards * Inform and shape the user-centred design culture of the charity; influencing colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.


Initial duration:
3 monthsDaily rate to the contractor: Each application will be considered on an individual basis
