Nursery Practitioner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include supervising and engaging with children, implementing educational activities, and ensuring their well-being. **Responsibilities**:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote child development
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Observe and monitor children's behavior, identifying any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the best care for each child
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire children
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education (preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: £7.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
