Brewster Partners are recruiting for a dynamic organisation, based in Chesterfield.

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who will be based at the Head Office in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

**The Person**:
This role requires excellent IT, organisational and communication skills, a strong customer focus with a can do attitude, with a genuine interest in helping and supporting customers, a polite and friendly attitude. The successful applicant must be able towork as part of a close knit team, whilst having the confidence to handle issues independently and remaining calm under pressure. Experience of working in a after sales/spare parts environment and/or knowledge of heat pumps or similar appliances would be advantageous.

**General duties would include**:
Reporting directly to the Service Manager.

Identification of spare parts through information provided.

Processing orders.

Producing delivery notes

General office duties.

Answering customer enquiries over the telephone and e mail.

Entering all customer information onto a CRM database.

Following up sales enquiries and quotations to convert to sales.

Handling complaints, referring to a manager if necessary.

Processing warranty claims in a timely manner and dispatching parts required.

Liaise with Purchasing Assistant on ordering urgent spare parts from our suppliers.

**Benefits and Terms of Employment**:
£19,000 - £20,000

Generous annual leave.

Hours of work: 08.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday.
