**BUYER - HEALTHCARE**

Are you an ambitious person working already working in a Buying role or an Assistant/Junior Buyer looking for your next role? We have a Healthcare Buyer role within an award-winning business that stands among the fastest-growing in the Midlands.

In this role, you’ll be a multi-skilled member of the team, seeking and delivering continuous innovations for our customers. You will work closely with all teams within the business including Merchandising, Stock Control, Warehouse, Finance and Customer Service and will build strong relationships with suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As one of our Buyers, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and developing online product ranges to deliver profitable business growth
- Understanding the customer journey: customer insight, through to communicating product benefits and reasons to believe the product will perform well based on the key reason/s for purchase
- Delivering innovation through introducing new lines and product development
- Sourcing and meeting suitable suppliers/manufacturers, including attending UK and international trade shows to drive innovation
- Managing, building, and nurturing new and existing supplier relationships
- Negotiating prices, payment terms, contracts as well as other aspects of supplier accounts
- Ongoing margin management
- Supporting the business to deliver ad-hoc projects when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
