At **PH Jones **we have a NEW **sub-contracting** opportunity for a **Builder **to join our **Social Housing **contract within **Chorley**

Duties will include:

- Removal of boxing in around boilers and flue
- Removal of cupboard, infilling a gas fire and venting for air circulation
- Creating access for pipework in walls or behind kitchen units
- Reinforcing walls for radiators
- General building and maintenance works

Maintaining knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to **PH Jones** and **British Gas** standards.
- Must hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Must hold a valid right to work in the UK
- Must be confident and have good written and verbal communication skills
