The Priory Learning Trust (Somerset Business Award winner for Employer of the Year) is looking to recruit a Lunchtime Supervisor to work at our Worle Community School - An Academy site in Weston-super-Mare, a five minute drive from the M5 junction, 2.9 miles from the beach, and with strong public transport links.

- Oversee children at lunchtime and encourage good behaviour
- Listen to the children and encourage good behaviour during social times, but also have the necessary skills to maintain discipline in the school
- Promote student well-being by encouraging them to develop good relationships with others, develop their self-reliance and self-esteem

- Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children
- Ability to work flexibly within a team and support students

This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.
