Do you want to champion best practice in content design across our organisation?

Can you help us deliver life-changing experiences for girls and volunteers with engaging, accessible and user-centred digital content?

We’re looking for a content designer to join our communications and content team. Working closely with our digital department, you’ll help us grow and deliver great content for our members, volunteers and parents to help nearly 300,000 girls have fun and adventure.

It’s an exciting time for the organisation as we improve our digital offer, refining user journeys across platforms and work to deliver a consistent exceptional experience for audiences.

You’ll help deliver a content audit of our main website, giving you the chance to help shape best practice, as well as design, iterate and test out new content. You’ll also be developing and rolling out our digital content and blog strategy while bringing other internal stakeholders on board.

This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and pro-active person with experience in digital content design, who knows their way around a CMS, has a keen eye for detail and a passion for great user experiences.

Girlguiding operates a hybrid working arrangement where office based staff are required to attend the office on average two days a week, or 40% of working time across the year.
