Quality Improvement Assistant

Job Introduction
As a **Quality Improvement Assistant** at Sodexo **Wythenshawe **Hospital**, you will be the link for patients and our service users. By capturing and measuring continuous levels of patient feedback you will work to enhance service experiences and contribute to the efficiencies and continuous improvement outcomes across the site. The clinical environment has its own “day-to-day” challenges, face-to-face interaction requires patience, good listening skills, empathy, positive dialogue, and confidentiality with ownership of any issues that may be raised. **What you’ll do**:
- Build relationships with the Trust Estates and Facilities Team to develop a collaborative approach to the continuous improvement of standards
- Ensure that any administration, data, and chronicles are kept up to date and accurate and timely reports are available.
- Report any complaints, compliments, incidents, or irregularities to the line manager, taking appropriate action where practicable and ensuring all recording is accurate.
- Comply with all Company and Trust guidelines, policies and procedures, and statutory regulations.
**What you bring**:
- Experience in a multi-service environment administering performance and quality assurance systems within a rigid contractual framework
- Excellent communication skills, verbal ability to articulate well and explain findings and written ability to document comprehensive data.
- Superb IT skills and knowledge.
- Flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines whilst focusing on the detail.
