As Recruitment Business Partner you will work alongside with retail & head office to deliver sustainable and measurable results when it comes to cost, time, and quality of hires through effective sourcing, pipeline and forecasting activities.

You'll provide on-going recommendations as to the best approach to filling vacancies taking into consideration the detail of each individual hiring need.

- Previous agency or in-house recruitment experience.
- LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
- A passion for resourcing and able to headhunt effectively using innovative methods
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work across multiple recruitment requirements with pace
- Focused on delivering a professional and commercial service to the business.
- Experience of interviewing.
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills.
- IT literate.
- Social media savvy
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- An excellent understanding of the market and competitors.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Dynamic and adaptable to change.

The Watches of Switzerland Group is the largest prestige luxury jewellers and timepieces specialist in the UK boasting over 140 collective stores. The retail portfolio comprises of brands including Watches of Switzerland, Goldsmiths, Mappin & Webb, Watchshop, The Watch Hut and The Watch Lab. Following on from this we have opened a Watches of Switzerland Store, Rolex, Breitling and Omega boutiques at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas as well as a Watches of Switzerland Store in Soho, New York and the ground-breaking Hudson Yards Development. Next on the agenda is Boston as well as American Dream, New Jersey.
