Due to company growth REClifts is looking for an additional Recruitment Resourcer to join the fast-growing team. This niche lift industry recruitment and consultancy company specialises in the placement of engineering professionals in the lift and escalator industry in the UK & Ireland.
We pride ourselves on our high standards of service delivery. Comfortable Office Environment:
Our UK Leicester team enjoys a friendly, relaxed, fun environment, with a flexible work-life balance approach.
Very large office space with on-site kitchen and cooking facilities, free parking, fresh ground coffee machine, pool table, sofas - chill-out areas, music all day with a commitment to all festive periods through the year with a fun/noisy atmosphere.

Due to significant and ongoing growth, we are looking to recruit another Recruitment Resourcer to provide a proactive recruitment service and make an impact in shaping our business' success in 2024

Lift and Escalator industry recruitment experience - Desirable
Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: CV Screening, Shortlisting, Interviews, Offering, Onboarding
networking, and talent pipelining to ensure we have qualified candidates ready for when vacancies arise
Ideally, 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced Recruitment function
Experienced using a CRM to coordinate vacancies, candidates and recruitment data
Bring a dynamic, creative approach to recruitment with new ideas that improve our business
Knowledge of Recruitment Legislation (Right to Work in the UK Documents)
Experienced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Google Meet, Zoom
