Health & Safety ConsultantLocation: United Kingdom, LeicestershireJob Type: 8 week contract, 5 days per weekAbout the companyAssured Safety Recruitment is partnering with a forward thinking construction and project management consultancy who are working on a warehouse installation project in Leicestershire. About the roleActing on behalf of our client, as Health & Safety Consultant, you will collaborate with on site colleagues to ensure Health & Safety systems, processes and procedures are being adhered to. Duties include but are not limited to:Conduct site visits and inspections to identify health and safety hazards Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulationsProvide advice and guidance to project teams on health and safety best practisesDeliver health and safety training to employees and contractorsInvestigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for preventionYour experienceNEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum Health & Safety qualificationDemonstrated experience in health and safety management in the construction industryKnowledge of relevant health and safety legislationStrong understanding of risk assessment and hazard identificationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhats on offerApprox 8 week Contract, 5 days per week, £(Apply online only)/dayAssured Safety Recruitment are a specialist Health and Safety recruitment company operating across the UK.
