Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a lady with complex care needs.

If you are committed, motivated, and enjoy delivering one-to-one support then this could be just the position you are looking for

Our service user lives with her partner in Gnosall, who requires support throughout the day and night on a full or part-time basis.

Coming from a teaching background, she has a naturally caring nature about herself. She loves to get outdoors and takes great pride in her garden. Other hobbies include listening to 80’s music, watching TV, and reading books.

We are looking for a care team who will ideally have some similar interests and be able to take part in social activities.

Your role as her dedicated Healthcare Assistant will be to support her social and personal care needs, administer medication, carry out careful moving and handling, and tend to her clinical interventions.

All we ask is that you can evidence a strong background in healthcare, have the willingness to upskill into the role of a Complex Care Assistant, and are committed to supporting our service user on a long-term basis.

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months of previous Healthcare experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Knowledge of Multiple Sclerosis
- Gastrostomy Care (PEG Feeding)
- Oral Suctioning
- Catheter Care

**Shifts Available**
- Part Time Days 8am - 8.30pm - 25 hours per week
- Full Time Nights 8pm-8.30am - 37.5 hours per week
- Part Time Nights 8pm - 8.30am - 25 Hours per week
