**Overview**

We are looking to recruit an Engineering Project Coordinator, to sit within Engineering Department, this is a brand-new headcount due to expansion. The position within the engineering department involves supporting and working alongside the Engineering ProjectManager, our in-house development teams, and our commercial team to deliver a range of challenging projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow the best project management practices and support the Engineering Project Manager in working with project teams to produce a full set of project related documents. These include project plans, risk registers, status reports, project meeting agendaand minutes.
- Support the Engineering Project Manager and our project leaders to monitor and track project
- activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates on project progress and spending.
- Support the Engineering Project Manager in overseeing project logistics and day-to-day operations.
- Provide support to the Engineering Project Manager with management of our change management process and document updates (project briefs, project plans, risk register and test plans) after approval.
- Make sure all assigned team members are recording their work hours using our time tracking tool throughout the project duration.
- Support the Engineering Project Manager in ensuring all R&D effort and spending are accurately captured for our R&D tax credit claim.
- Support the Engineering Project Manager in planning and guiding project processes whilst using an Agile Management approach.
- Highly organised individual with good time management to allow effective and efficient performance of duties.
- Especially in written work, getting things done properly and completely (finished) in a methodical way. Being able to justify the methodology.
- Sense of urgency with a drive for achievement and focuses on outcomes and goals; successfully achieves results.
- A good listener and communicates clearly.
- Respects others and is willing to openly say when something is unclear and seek further clarification.
- Enjoys working on own and collaboratively, with people across the business and achieves outcomes and results with other people.
- Highly organised individual with good time management to allow effective and efficient performance of duties.
- Can demonstrate previous experience of responsibility for project delivery in an engineering business
- Familiar and competent with the Microsoft suite
