**Salary**: £23,500 base, OTE £29,000 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

**What is the Role?**

Our SME Direct Telesales Team handles all inbound sales and renewals calls from SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) customers in both NI & ROI. They also make outbound calls to existing customers. It's a well-established successful team working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our commercial customers, capable of handling negotiations in a professional and compliant manner. Duties include:

- Handling inbound and making outbound calls to existing commercial customers
- Closing sales and retaining existing business customers
- Creating proposals for NI / ROI customers
- Negotiating commercial terms and agreeing contracts
- Completion of all back-office procedures to ensure sales / retentions are correctly processed
- To meet the required KPI targets including sales, retentions and compliance

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Experience in inbound and outbound calling in a sales team environment
- Experience in pricing proposal completion, in line with customer requirements and corporate policies
- The ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment
- A working knowledge of compliance in a call centre environment is desirable but not essential
