**Overview**

Yu Smart is a Metering Equipment Manager within the Energy Sector delivering smart meter and EV charge-point installation services. We are looking to expand our Bookings Team within our Operations Support Department, to ensure continued success & growth. This is a great opportunity to work for a small but forward-thinking business that has major growth plans, at an exciting time in its evolution.

**What We Need from Yü**
- Making outbound calls to existing business customers with the aim to book appointments for our highly skilled engineers.
- Striving to ensure every call turns into a successful booking by handling customer objections.
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service.
- Achieve daily targets set by management team.
- To take responsibility for maintaining an appropriate level of knowledge and seeking assistance from your line manager and/or colleagues where required.

**Relevant Qualifications / Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, as well as an excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional organisational skills particularly in time and diary management

**Desirable**:

- Experience of the Utilities industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
