**Our Company**: - Martland Mill is the leading Serviced Office Management company in the area, delivering first class rented office space.

**The role.**

**The main responsibility for Reception / Office Administrator: -**
- Ensure that incoming calls for Serviced tenants are handled in an efficient manner.
- Meet and greet visitors and clients, ensure they are dealt with professionally.
- Receive and distribute incoming post and parcels to the serviced tenants and virtual Tenants daily.
- Liaise with cleaners and the building management team to ensure any issues relating to the facilities are handled in a helpful manner and resolved to the tenant’s satisfaction.
- Conference Room Diary Management.
- Administration support for management and tenants.
- Maintain Health and safety standards and First Aid for the building.
- Show potential new tenants around the building with a view to rent office space as and when required.

All applicants must have experience in reception and administration work with a full understanding of health and safety.

If you are success for this role you must willing to cover more hours when required to accommodate annual leave / absences.

**Salary:

- £23,000 starting salary full time, £23,500 after 6 months service - pro rota (20hrs) £12,260 starting salary.**

**Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday AM (20hrs per week)**

Bonus scheme of £1500 per year discussed in the interview.
