We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Creative Strategist at Mamba Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing creative strategies that resonate with our clients' target audiences and drive engagement. You will lead a team of creative professionals, guiding them to deliver outstanding work while managing the workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative and effective creative strategies to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the creative team to generate ideas and concepts for campaigns.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the creative team, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Oversee the execution of creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, including account management and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of creative strategies across all channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities to enhance the agency's creative capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a senior creative role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong creative vision and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet client objectives.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field is preferred.
