We are looking for experienced Team Leaders who know how to be great team players and have a real passion to create an amazing guest experience.

- _Support, coach and mentor your team_
- _Support the management team and work together to create and deliver your vision_
- _Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the manager’s absence_
- _Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests_

**To be considered for this position you must be at least 18 years old as it involves the sale of alcohol.**

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. The Bedford is situated in the heart of Southampton mouth in the trendy area of Bedford Place. It’s a firm favourite with the students and local sport fans as sports is shown throughout the pub. We are well known for our hospitality, we offer, Craft Beer, Cocktails, Fresh Ales, Draught beer with food served every day.
