They will be responsible for developing their knowledge and skills in the MGA processes and systems, enhancing the value that the role can deliver to the business.

**Key responsibility / tasks may include**:

- Support the day to day, operational running of Credit Control Function;
- Filing of the following documents either in Outlook folders, Microsoft Teams or client Portal:

- Statements of account;
- Supporting ‘settlement’ or ‘receipt of funds’ documentation;
- Spreadsheets or pdfs with the component parts of a receipt;
- Risk specific breakdowns of funds settled and supporting documentation;Ledger Maintenance:Adding cash items to the Client Reconciliation Log and Portal Ledger;
- Support the Credit Controller in cash identification and allocation, updating the relevant documentation
- Other tasks will include supporting the MGA Credit Control function, which in the longer term may involve you taking ownership of a regions / country’s credit control

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

Essential
- Experience of Excel and MS Office software
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. This will incorporate the ability to organise workflow priorities, to work under one’s own initiative and the confidence to propose solutions to issues, if and when they arise.

Desirable
- Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver accurate information with an attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task in order to meet several objectives in the same timeframe
- A conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients.
- Insurance experience

- Experience in a similar position (desirable) and track record of delivering

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
