HR Assistant

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a HR Assistant based in Nottingham. This is a permanent position, the company do offer Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 from home
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a very reputable, rewarding business.
This is a key support function for the business and so they are keen to find someone with previous HR experience, however this is also a great opportunity for someone with experience to really develop further and expand on their knowledge.
The HR Assistant will support on a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- Organising and maintaining personnel records, entering new hire data, and updating any various employees 'data
- Updating internal HR databases
- Temporary workers administration
- Support the onboarding process when required
- Preparing letters, contracts when required
- Carrying out regular HR audit checks
- Providing payroll with up-to-date information on all employees, including sick leaves, leaves of absence, overtime hours, work schedules, and more.
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR function Changing any information around promotions and liaising with payroll
- Ensuring that the system is compliant and correct at all times
- Scanning in of documents
- Arranging internal meetings with employees
- Supporting the resourcing team when required
Working Hours: 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM Monday - Friday (Flexible)
**Salary**: £22,000 - £25,000
