**The Opportunity**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Engage in all phases of project development, from strategy and conceptual design to construction documentation.
- Produce compelling graphic presentations and 3D renderings for client pitches.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, contributing to a cohesive project delivery.
- Play an active role in the firm's culture, engaging in initiatives that promote mentorship and talent development.

**Your Qualifications**:

- A Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year+ of comprehensive design experience through various stages of project development.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A demonstrated interest in sustainability and sustainable design practices.
- Strong graphic and visualization skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive learning attitude.
