**The Vacancy**

**ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT PART 2 (2 ROLES AVAILABLE)**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two creative Architectural Assistants to join us in the London studio You will have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects both in the UK and internationally.

You will have a good understanding of the design process and ability to assist the management and delivery of projects from concept to completion. We work collaboratively, with all of our projects benefiting from the invaluable experience and enthusiasm that our accumulated knowledge brings.

We are looking for driven and proactive individuals who can bring talent and innovation to our London teams._ _

**Your skills**
- You will have a strong working knowledge of CAD, preferably Revit, although we will provide training
- Be a confident presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision

**Your qualifications and experience**
- The role will suit a Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant with broad experience
- Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
- Working knowledge of town planning procedures
