**About the Travel Sales Advisor Role**:

- Realistic OTE earnings in the first year of £50K+ with a base salary between £21-£25K DOE + other great benefits including free or subsidised travel
- Shift patterns on a rota basis between 8.45am-8pm, including weekends
- Permanent role to start in June
- Based in Royal Wootton Bassett (car parking on-site)

**Travel Sales Advisor Role Duties**:

- Answering inbound calls adapting to each customer enquiry whilst building rapport and giving expert advice on cruise and land stay holidays.
- Ensure professional and knowledgeable management of all customer requirements by matching and building the holiday as a bespoke solution to the customer.
- Make accurate calculations for the cost of holiday packages.
- Listen carefully to the customer requirements and alter / rebuild the package to suit if the original package does not suit.
- Bring energy and drive to the team (approx 30 advisors) and work collaboratively.
- Finalise quotations and complete the booking process with attention to detail.

**Skills required for the Travel Sales Advisor Role**:

- First class customer service skills
- Great team spirit
- Ability to identify customer requirements, meet their needs and maximise sales
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft software
- Ideally you will have sales experience in travel, retail or luxury / premium brands

**You may have worked in the following capacities;**

Sales Associate, Sales Representative, Retail Sales consultant, Luxury sales specialist, Customer service Associate, Sales Consultant, Brand Ambassador, Retail Associate, Sales Advisor, Showroom Sales Representative, Call Centre Advisors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
