**Lettings Consultant**

Working in a team you will be required to build excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people and must have a ‘get stuck in attitude’.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors -Ensure the Tenant and Landlord experience is exceptional
- Maintain lettings compliance knowledge and conduct Right to Rent checks
- Receive and process new enquiries from Tenants and Landlords
- Advertise properties and proactively contact our database of potential Tenants
- Register applicants, arrange viewings, conduct viewings, and provide feedback to Landlords -Negotiate offers between Landlords and Tenants
- Assist the Asset Management team during the busy changeover period
- Assist with marketing events

**We’re looking for**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills in order to provide a high-quality to service to all customers -The ability to see a job through from start to finish
- Experience in Lettings (preferred)
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work

**Details**
- Hours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday & 26 Saturdays per year 10am till 3pm -Starting Salary: From £21,700.00 depending on experience
- Bonus Scheme
- Driving licence is required and a personal car preferred

**Salary**: From £21,700.00 per year
