We're looking for a CASS Substance Misuse Lead to join our busy and vibrant team within the Birmingham Change Grow Live Service to make a change to the lives of people who use our service.

**Responsibilities**:
Your focus will be providing specialist substance misuse assessment and support within the multi-agency safeguarding hub.

You will work collaboratively with other members of the team and review substance misuse treatment history, risk and support needs to inform suitable safeguarding intervention in a fast-paced environment.

You will navigate numerous information systems, critically analysing and assessing the associated risks with regard to current and potential risk of harm to the child based on service records regarding the child, parents, and significant family members/carers.
