We are looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. The post sits in the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), which is in the School of Life Sciences and the Environment and include the departments of Biological Sciences, Earth Sciences, Geography, Psychology, and the newly established department of Health Studies. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking team.

**About the role**:
The Senior Student & Programme Administration Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administration of the Postgraduate courses for DClinPsy. They will work closely with relevant academic staff and professional services.

In this position you will:

- Line manage the team members responsible for student and programme administration (DclinPsy)
- Manage the admissions cycle, including liaison with external partners/systems.
- Provide administrative support for the Department Assessment Boards
- Provide financial and HR administration as required
- Develop excellent working knowledge of a variety of IT systems and platforms ranging from Microsoft Excel to University specific software and platforms.
- Identify where possible key areas for optimisation and modernisation to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
- Maintain and develop external relationships with NHS Stake Holders and Service Providers.
