Heating Services Supervisor

We are looking to recruit a Heating Services Supervisor who has experience of managing a team of multi skilled Heating Engineers/Multi skilled trades across our property portfolio.

Working in the Compliance Delivery Team, your main role will include direct line management of a team of in-house heating engineers delivering Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs including Gas and LPG Gas, Oil, Solid Fuel and Renewable Technologies. You must have experience of working in the heating industry in relation to the installation, servicing and maintenance of heating appliances, and demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of the safety procedures and current standards to carry out these works.

You will support the M&E Manager by providing leadership to the team through effective coaching, mentoring, one to ones and team briefings, ensuring the team members are inducted and adequately trained to fulfil their responsibilities, and are working to policy and procedure. You will also support in the management of contractors and quality audits in these work streams ensuring they are meeting national standards.

In order to be successful in this role it is essential that you hold current ACS Domestic Gas qualifications, including core modules and appliances, have an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in plumbing and heating, preferably be HETAS qualified and have experience/or qualified in Oil and Renewable Technologies.

This position is included in the participation of the Connexus Call out rota in providing overnight, weekend repair cover including Bank Holidays.

It is essential for you to hold a full UK driving licence.
