**Hours**: Part Time 22.5 hours (Mon - Fri, 3 days, required to do 1 in 4 Saturdays)

Our client, a charity providing housing, supported living and support to victims of domestic abuse are looking for a Housing Domestic Abuse Support Worker to join their team

**Synopsis of duties**:

- Supporting vulnerable individuals and women fleeing domestic abuse
- Working with vulnerable service users with a range of complex needs, including: domestic abuse, mental health, immigration, health and housing related issues
- Conducting support plans and risk assessments
- Carrying out mandatory checks of households H&S
- Ensuring weekly handovers of cases and that service users complex needs are requirements are met
- Liaising with external agencies/bodies to ensure that service users additional needs are met

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience working with service users with complex needs including: Domestic Abuse, Immigration, Mental Health, Housing, etc
- Experience conducting risk assessments and support plans
- Experience liaising with external agencies/organisations and signposting
- Must be a driver and own a vehicle
- Must have a DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service

Supporting Futures Consulting acts as both an employer and an agency.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £13,455.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
