You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our kitchen staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Ultimately, it is the duty of our wait staff to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to multi-task various front-of-house tasks well and in a fast-paced environment
- Able to problem solve in stressful situations
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. portion sizes, ingredients or potential food allergens)
- Prepare tables by arranging table settings
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Ensure customers meet age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Accurately take and serve food and drinks orders
- Deliver bills and collect payments
- Clear tables of dirty dishes and deliver to the washing area
- Liaise with co-workers to inform yourself on new menu items, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e. g. parties)
- Follow relevant Regulations: Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire and ID checks for alcohol consumption
- Carry out drink (soft, alcoholic and milkshake) preparation

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience or personal drive towards being member of wait staff
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team

Job Specifications and Benefits:
