**Electrical Production Supervisor**
- **Nb: This role is open to those with the right to work in the UK only. You must also be able to get to the site each day (car driver), as public transport is limited.**_

**About You**:
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the tenacity to work in a highly organised and structured way. You will have a proven track record as an organised and effective Supervisor in an environment where teamwork and a right first-time approach is key.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the purpose of the role is to oversee the day to day running of production. You will distribute work to members of the production team and support SQCDP.

You will be a technical expert and facilitate the production of custom assemblies.

**Duties will include**:

- Ensuring that electrical standards are met, working closely with engineering to develop best practices and new production procedures.
- To manage the workload for the team, ensuring a fair distribution. Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure accurate records are held.
- Ensure all quality standards are met with specific attention to the strict following of CAD drawings and electrical schematics.

**What we are looking for**:
**You must have**:

- City & Guilds Level 3 electrical diploma or equivalent.
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at C or above including English and Maths.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- 18th Edition.
- Strong people management experience and skills to handle corrective actions, performance improvement, disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced data driven environment such as logistics, manufacturing,
- Self-starter, highly motivated and able to set and work to deadlines.
- Demonstrable track record of working to KPIs and targets.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
