**The role**
In this exciting role of Project Support Officer you will be working as part of the Projects team to support the Programme Manager in all project support activities. You will get to work on multiple projects of varying size across the organisation.
This role is part of Corporate Services where you'll help us give colleagues the support they need to be brilliant.
**What you'll achieve**
Your key responsibilities will be too:
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring governance is effective by managing action tracking, taking minutes, maintaining project RAID log, updating project plan etc.
- Raising and tracking purchase requisition/orders
- Project admin including setting up workshops and meetings
- Work with third party suppliers to support project delivery
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
**What you'll bring**
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and negotiate deadlines.
**Essential skills**
- Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Understanding or Project Management approaches and methodologies
- Experience working in a similar role at a similar level
