Administrative Assistant

Trust Pharmacy operates three busy dispensaries at Nottingham City Hospital and QMC, with a team of over 100 staff. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work as part of a small support team who make a valuable contribution to the smooth running of the service and the care of our patients.
- Maintaining accurate staffing records, supporting recruitment, attendance records, rosters and payroll submission.
- Enabling finance and business performance, including collating performance data and reports, liaising with suppliers and processing invoices.
- Carrying out general administrative duties, such as arranging meetings and handling enquiries.
You will have previous admin experience or Business Administration qualifications. Excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills will be crucial. Being friendly, kind and polite are the key characteristics we are looking for.
