DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced Broker and Account Handler who is technically strong in Motor Fleet insurance? Or a Fleet Underwriter interested in a different opportunity?
If so, we have a brand new opportunity available as a Fleet Technical Account Handler working for a wholly independent and reputable insurance brokerage in Manchester.
As Fleet Technical Account Handler, you will be responsible for administering clients' motor fleet insurance dealing with renewals, mid-term adjustments and general enquiries. You will also be a technical point of support for Account Executives and others within the business for Fleet insurance.
Key Responsibilities:

- Working closely with clients to be able to understand their requirements and provide the right cover for them.
- Managing renewals in a time manner and dealing with mid-term adjustments.
- Building good relationships with clients and customers, providing prompt and professional advice regarding their fleet insurance needs.
- Ensuring all information is recorded accurately on Acturis.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Experience within Motor Fleet insurance is essential, either as Broker or an Underwriter, with good technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written manner, able to develop and maintain good working relationships.
- Be a strong negotiator, able to secure the best deals for clients.
- Acturis experience and Cert CII would be highly beneficial.
