Key Accountabilities
- Build relationships with stakeholders and work closely with the Product Owner to define user story acceptance criteria.
- Create documentation to support the Scrum team using most appropriate tools - including, but not limited to: business process models, wire frames UX designs, test plans and test scripts.
- Support testing throughout development lifecycle. Includes acceptance and system testing.
- Liaise with appropriate representatives and support teams to ensure that the solutions provided are fit for purpose at point of delivery and throughout the solutions life.
- Support other projects across the department where required.

Working Hours

35 hours per week

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.

Primary location for this is home based

Essential Skills and Attributes:

- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Must have a strong problem-solving mind set, avoiding work arounds in favour of quality.
- Must have a very keen eye for detail.

- Be competent user of IT with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and confident in embracing new technology.

- Demonstrate teamwork - Contributes actively to an environment in which colleagues work cooperatively with each other.
- Demonstrate Agile - Experience of Agile Scrum methodology.
