Join Our Team as Strategic Implementation Lead
Are you an accomplished professional with a passion for driving transformative change in healthcare? We are currently seeking a dynamic Data and Analytics Programme Lead to support the delivery of our work programme. In this role, you will spearhead both operational and strategic plans, providing expert project management guidance to enhance performance. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in identifying solutions to improve healthcare processes and drive quality within our team.
This post is secondment cover and is offered on a fixed term contract or secondment basis until 17th March 2025.
**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply
Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is the strategic workforce body for NHS Wales with statutory functions that include education and training, workforce planning, workforce development and transformation, leadership and succession planning, and careers.
