In the role you will be assisting the Quality Manager and Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the Quality department functions at our Royton James Briggs Site.

The role will involve liaising with other departments within the business and assisting Operations and Warehousing staff with respect to quality procedures, documents and documentation and communicating with customers and suppliers.

This is a varied, busy and interesting role. You will be obtaining and filing data sheets for products and chemicals, reviewing goods inwards data, sending data sheets to customers, logging cutomer complains and getting samples from customers, recording fault reports, loading calibration results onto spredsheets and logging samples as well as other QA related duties.

There are oppotunites for further training, development and to obtain formal qualifications.

Normal hours of work will be a day shfit but there may occasionally be a need for some shift flexibility. You may also be required to work at the Chadderton site so own transport is required.
