**Lettings Officer**

**Salary**: £27,241 - £29,410

**Hours**: 37 hours per week (may be required to work out of hours)

**Location**: Wolverhampton

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Overview**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Officer to join us at Wolverhampton Homes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To manage a portfolio of properties, letting them in line with the City of Wolverhampton Council’s Allocations Policy.
- To prepare property adverts for weekly void editions, ensuring accuracy to enable applicants to make informed choices about their bids.
- To shortlist properties and make tenancy offers.
- Provide pre-tenancy advice to customers.
- To take responsibility for individual targets and team KPI’s.

**About you**:

- Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills?
- Can you work under pressure and to tight deadlines?
- Are you someone who possesses a strong sense of professional curiosity?
- Do you have proficiency in IT including Microsoft office & Northgate?
