Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth operation of the Managing Director's office and ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the Managing Director.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by the Managing Director.
- Attend meetings and take minutes, ensuring timely dissemination of action items and follow-up as necessary.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
- Anticipate the Managing Director's needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
