**Job Overview**:

- As a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will be responsible for supporting students with a wide range of needs and disabilities to achieve their full potential.
- You will work closely with the SEN Department and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-to-one support for students with special education needs, including those with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and mental health conditions.
- Adapt and modify teaching materials and resources to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Support students with personal care and hygiene, including toileting, feeding, and mobility.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience of working with students with special education needs, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience of working with students with physical disabilities and/or learning difficulties.
- Understanding of the principles of safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
