My client is a global investment company who has their headquarters in the heart of Mayfair. Counting some of the world's biggest brands amongst their portfolio of clients the service that is offered is second to none and the hospitality offered to Clientsand Directors at the headquarters is no different.
We are looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator on behalf of our client to support the Facilities Manager in managing the department.
The facilities department services 2 buildings for an ever growing company who expect very high standards at ever turn.
The Facilities Coordinator will be the key liaison between all departments and the facilities team.
Key duties and responsibilities for Facilities Coordinator
- Responsible for working with key office managers in numerous business units to obtain required information to post new hires and consultants to floorplans in using FM Systems.
- To arrange and post internal moves using FM Systems. This is a weekly occurrence that requires great attention to detail when planning.
- To liaise with third party contractors daily as the many lines of business submit requests that can't be resolved in house.
- To raise and issue purchase orders to vendors ensuring to follow the process through the closed invoicing stage.
- To present monthly to the facilities management team on helpdesk data to drive a smarter workforce.
- Facilities checks throughout the week, following procedures to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Support business manager to ensure that weekly comms are accurate alongside this the role is responsible for drafting emergency comms when required.
