Join our friendly and talented Retouch team. Where you will retouch and colour correct a wide range of cutout, studio and lifestyle images for requirements across the business.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Process and edit images along company guidelines and with the guidance and feedback of the Lead Retoucher and Head of Graphic Design.
- Liase with the buying/design/garment tech departments to find samples as needed, match colours and interpret design changes.
- Retouch a range of images from lifestyles to cutouts for various mediums, employing a range of techniques to achieve the desired outcomes - image comping, extending, skin retouching, extensive colour correction and more.
- Prepare images for upload to the website via a CMS, as well as preparing images for print.
- Help maintain an organised image library.
- Ensure that your output is visually consistent and always of a high standard.
- Manage your own time effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Along with the whole retouch team, it is each person’s responsibility to maintain the correct folder structure, our file naming conventions and our bridge keyword, rating and labelling system with 100% accuracy.

**Day to day work**:

- Renamie and batch image assets to supply to the webteam and PR.
- Retouch and colour correct lifestyle, still life, cutout and flat lay images for catalogue and web, using Adobe Photoshop.
- Assist the Lead Retoucher with catalogue amendments and other image requests.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues from across the business, in order to be able to efficiently gather samples, receive markups and get guidance on image changes.

**And you will be accountable for**:

- Manage your time and prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines, as well as achieving daily targets agreed with the Lead Retoucher.
- Ensure all your work is produced in-line with our retouching guides and meets our high standards.
- Positively respond to work requests from both your managers and from other teams across the company, and doing your best to ensure that the team successfully achieves its goals.

- Intermediate knowledge of Capture One.
- Great knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Bridge.
- Wacom pen user.
- Basic knowledge of excel.
