Senior Creative Retoucher

Lucy is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Creative Retoucher to join a fast-paced packaging and consumer branding agency in London. This role is hybrid and will involve both technical and creative retouching, with an emphasis on brand consistency and leading projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality, creative retouched images with flawless colour correction and composition.
- Manage product imagery, photography, and technical retouching, ensuring brand consistency across projects.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and the artwork team, troubleshooting challenges where needed.
- Mentor junior retouchers and assist the Creative Director when needed with the training and developing team members.
- Track large SKU ranges to maintain visual consistency across product lines.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of retouching experience, ideally in FMCG packaging. Especially food and drinks products
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite/MAC with strong comping, colour correction, and print knowledge.
- Experience with CMYK, spot conversion, and DCS workflows.
- In-depth understanding of food and beverage packaging artwork requirements.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced creative environment.
- A portfolio showcasing creative and technical expertise.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
