We are recruiting for experienced Service Administrator to work for a family run refrigeration company who have been established for over 20 years and cover UK wide.

For this role you must have worked for a similar business, such as in the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Building Services industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning of engineers, materials, equipment and permits
- Ensuring processes are being adhered to including FGAS and RAMS
- Health and safety talks to engineers and staff
- Answering phone calls from customers and engineers and dealing with any queries
- Ordering parts, logging parts costs onto the system
- keeping track of parts deliveries and chasing suppliers
- Provide a central source of information concerning maintenance work, and equipment repair
- Establish personal work goals
- Quoting for any equipment or materials needed
- Deal with engineers to ensure the projects are completed in sufficient time

**Package**:

- £22 - £30,000pa DOE
- 40 hour week
- 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri
- Pension
- Uniform
- 20 + 8 bank holidays
