We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant with excellent attention to detail, who can work quickly, thrives under pressure in a fast-paced and varied environment where no 2 days are the same. You will be joining a well established company whose reputation is held in high regard amongst the industry on a temporary role, working full-time for approximately six months based in Bangor.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be:

- Handling & Inputting Data onto the systems
- Entering Purchase & Supplier Invoices in preparation for Payment team to process
- Providing frontline administration support to the team
- Carrying out clerical tasks such as typing, inputting and scanning
- Recording confidential information on internal systems

If you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Accurate recording skills with ability to collate relevant information
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Evidence of high levels of accuracy, literacy, numeracy and comprehension
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft office, in particular Excel & Word
- Proactive with the ability to work independently
- Ability to drive & have your own vehicle would be essential due to the location

This is a Full-time vacancy for a period of approximately 6 months, working 5 days per week 9am - 4:30pm, Mon - Fri (although Part-Time hours may be considered). In return they are offering a competitive hourly pay rate of £13.10 plus holiday pay.
