**Financial Adviser**

Ramsay & White Wealth Management is a leading financial planning firm based in Bath. We are currently seeking a Financial Adviser to join our team, with a focus on providing expert advice on pensions, investments, and retirement planning to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored financial advice and solutions to clients in a consultative manner
- Conduct in-depth client reviews to assess their financial situation and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and advice
- Work closely with our internal team to ensure a seamless client experience and deliver on the firm's core values and mission
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends to ensure best practices are followed

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record of providing high-quality financial advice and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial situations
- Relevant qualifications such as CISI Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, or equivalent
- Experience working with pensions, investments, and retirement planning products
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing industry trends and regulations
